GDPR Data Inventory Survey This survey is designed to help you determine if your department maintains data that is subject to the GDPR. The survey is divided into multiple categories. As you answer questions about your department's activities, the survey will alert you to any activities where you are likely to be maintaining data subject to GDPR, or if more information may be needed to make a determination.

This survey is inteded as a starting point for you to inventory your activities and related data but is not comprehensive. If you need additional assistance in reviewing your activities and data, you can submit your completed survey to the Campus Privacy Officer in step 8, or contact the Campus Privacy Officer directly at privacy@ucdavis.edu.
